Do you provide the alcohol?
Due to North Carolina ABC regulations, Crown & Cocktails does not provide or sell alcohol. Clients or venues supply the alcohol, and we are happy to provide a recommended shopping list to ensure you purchase the correct types and quantities for your event.
What types of events do you serve?
We provide mobile bar services for a variety of events including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, baby showers, brand activations, private celebrations, and more.
How many guests are included in your packages?
Our standard packages include service for up to 75 guests. If your event has more than 75 guests, additional guest accommodations and staffing options are available.
How long is the bar service?
Our standard packages include up to 4 hours of service. Additional service time can be added if needed.
What do you provide?
Depending on the package selected, Crown & Cocktails may provide:
• professional bartender(s)
• bar tools and equipment
• cups, straws, and napkins
• ice and mixers
• cocktail preparation and service
• custom drink menu design
• setup and breakdown

What do clients need to provide?
Clients are responsible for providing the alcohol for their event. If needed, we can provide a recommended shopping list to help ensure you purchase the correct quantities.
When should I book my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events. Many dates book several weeks or months in advance, so securing your date early is the best way to ensure availability.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We offer mocktail and dirty soda bar services, which are perfect for alcohol-free events such as baby showers, teen parties, and corporate gatherings.
Do you offer cocktail classes?
Yes. Our cocktail classes are a fun and interactive experience where guests learn how to mix and create cocktails with guidance from a professional bartender.
How do I book my event?
To reserve your date, simply submit an inquiry through our website contact form. Once we confirm availability and event details, we’ll send you a quote and booking information.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due before the event.
